Adeline had been deeply involved in the Info- Communications Technology sector for the bulk of her career and was last holding the position of a regional Information Technology manager before she pursued her passion in the transformation of lives.

As a fervent educator, Adeline started a learning centre to nurture children on the love of language. As a lifelong learner, her zealous pursuit in learning propelled her towards getting a Masters in Early Childhood Education. She believes in nurturing the next generation, coaching them to be effective communicator, preparing them to be future-ready.

Adeline’s love for learning soon evolved from young children to adult learners as she discovered her calling in guiding professionals who were lost amidst the forces from the new corporate world. She went on to attain a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Assessment and is currently a certified leadership performance coach, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and a Timeline Therapist.

Adeline’s quest to perfect her public speaking mastery also led her to discover her unique talents in public speaking. She has been a multi-category champion in public speaking since 2020. This year, she was crowned champion for International Speech Contest and Table Topics Speech Contest organised by Toastmasters International.

A firm believer in paying forward, Adeline often finds herself at community events, playing a keystone role in uplifting the community as a mentor, leader and volunteer, in building a cohesive and harmonious community. She is also a contributing author to two books - “Transform or Perish Take ownership of your career destiny” (2021) and “Explorers Today Winners Tomorrow. Are you ready for the Future Economy” (2022).
